myrAidio Studios operates as a virtual record label. The music, vocals, and soundscapes produced by our artists (including but not limited to VIKINGSONN, O.G. LOGIC, etc.) are 100% AI-performed and 100% human-directed. All intellectual property generated remains the property of myrAidio Studios.

2. DMCA Safe & Content Creator License

We understand the struggles of content creators with copyright claims. All music released under myrAidio Studios is 100% DMCA Safe. You are completely free to use our tracks as background music, soundtracks, or intro/outro themes on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Kick without fear of copyright strikes or audio muting.

When using our music in your content, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast it in your videos and live streams. The only requirement is that you must provide proper attribution in your video description or panels. Example: "Music provided by myrAidio Studios - [Artist Name]. Listen on Spotify."

3. Prohibited Uses

While we encourage creators to use our music in their videos, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Claiming the music, beats, or lyrics as your own original creation.
Re-uploading the tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, Soundcloud, or any other DSP (Digital Service Provider) as a standalone audio file.
Selling our music as beats, samples, or NFTs.
Registering our tracks with Content ID systems or any performance rights organizations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The content provided by myrAidio Studios is provided on an "as is" basis. While we guarantee that we hold the rights to the AI-generated compositions and you will not receive a strike from us, we cannot control unpredictable algorithmic errors from third-party platforms (like YouTube's automated Content ID systems). If a false flag occurs, contact us, and we will help clear it.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site and music constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
